Background: Pregnant women are likely to represent a high-risk population during current coronavirus 2019 pandemic caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2. The aim and objective of this study was to evaluate how COVID-19 pandemic has affected the mode of delivery and whether complications of the disease and mortality rate are higher in pregnant women than in non‐pregnant women.Methods: This ambispective observational study was conducted in department of obstetrics and gynaecology of our institute.
