Material evaluation is a key concern of English for specific purposes program. This paper highlights the evaluation of Eight class textbooks of English to check its strengths and weaknesses. McDonough and Shaw (2012) framework has been used to evaluate the textbook for better assessment. The data analysis shows that the students are not satisfied with the representation of language, lesson topics, exercises, and content. They want more interesting material and exercises for follow-up. On the other hand, they are satisfied with the teaching style and the adopted methodology of the teacher.
