Objective: The aim of study is to check the effect of nasal steroid treatment on tear film stability in allergic rhinitis patients and compare the effect of fluticasone furoate 27.5mcg with momatesone furoate 50mcg nasal spray. Methodology: A Quasi-Experimental study design was used. 60 participants of both genders diagnosed with Allergic rhinitis, age ranging from 15-30 years was included. Data was collected from Department of Ophthalmology at Madina Teaching Hospital, Faisalabad. Schirmer and tear breakup time was performed on each participant before prescribing the nasal spray.
