The Persian language is highly significant regarding historiography and historical insight about the literary development in the Sub continent. Persian language contains gross root level references and derivatives of social, political, cultural and literary historiography of the Sub continent. Persian historiography in Sub continent begins from Delhi kingdom which consisted of five dynasties in which Ghulaman, Khilji, Tughlaq, Sadaat and Lodhi dynasties are included.
