Bioactive compounds and electrochemical characteristics are remarkable quality components for wine grapes and quality characteristics of grape are influenced by various factors such as grape cultivar, environmental and viticultural practices in a vineyard. There has recently been growing interest in improvement of wine grape quality characteristics by means of basal leaf removal (BLR) and reflective mulch (RM) practices.
