Ahmadpur East was royal residencia of Bahawalpur State. As the Nawabs of State were non-shia so mourning literature could not be brought into the realm of writing. Because the creation of mourning literature could have caused the anger of the rulers. So mourning literature was created but it was limited to the memory of the people. When the Abbasid rulers established this state, there was no place for Husseini Bahman in this area. Many such families migrated from here and even if a few families were present, they would perform their religious rituals in secret.
