In this essay is discussed the background of 'the colonial system generally in Sub-continent and especially in Punjab'. In which, over all, British wanted to establish a strong colonial (English) system be depriving the rights of Punjabis. The implemented English and Urdu on every level instead of local language 'Punjabi', while Urdu and English language try to remove Punjabi language completely, which is based on the deprived from the right of speech and self respect of Punjabis. In this way they uprooted and destroyed the whole system and weekend Punjabians by effecting culturally, economically and especially by literally
