Mirza Abdul Qadir Bedil is a prominent figure of Persian poetry in the Subcontinent. He is considered a great representative of 'Sabk-e-Hindi'. Some of his ghazals have been translated into Urdu. Dr Syed Naeem Hamid is one of the translators who rendered some verses of Bedil into Urdu prose as well as in poetic form. This translation has been published under the title of Bahar Ejadi-e-Bedil'. This translation is very important and in impressive style but there are some technical points which need consideration of researchers and scholors alike.
