From the characterization of the organizational climate approached from the feelings of actors immersed in higher education to build a theoretical approach, was the purpose proposed by the researchers. Methodologically, it corresponds to a qualitative study framed in the postpositivist paradigm, hermeneutic-phenomenological method, supported by a documentary review. Within the techniques to approach the information the interview was used in depth being 3 key informants. Using categorization and triangulation for information processing, the theoretical approach emerges. The findings were grouped into 3 socio-affective, administrative and ethical categories.
