The continuous improvement of teachers has a significant impact on the quality of the formative process of higher education careers. The objective of this work is to design a pedagogical strategy to favor the improvement of teachers from the methodological, didactic and technological point of view for the implementation of the distance learning modality in the Information Sciences career of the University of Moa ¨Dr. Antonio Núñez Jiménez¨.
