Since 2013 curriculum implemented regarding the teacher-made questions based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS), Middle Order Thinking Skills (MOTS), and Lower Order Thinking Skills (LOTS), raises new obstacles in the implementation of evaluation activities are item analysis. This analysis activity aims to determine the quality of each question created by the teacher in the final assessment of odd semester activities.
