Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh emotional intelligence terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan self efficacy sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan divisi SBU PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi karyawan tetap PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan perhitungan dari rumus yamane dengan sampel 85 karyawan. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS.
