This study aims to analyze the influence of human capital, person-organization fit, and perceived organizational support on organizational commitment in PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Timur Area Gresik. Population in this research is all permanent employees of company counted 69 employees. In addition, the number of samples is 42 respondents. This type of research is quantitative research. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and processed using software SPSS version 20.
