Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji variabel independen (konflik peran dan kontrol kerja) terhadap kinerja karyawan tetap pada perusahaan PT. Triteguh Manunggal Sejati. Data diperoleh dari kuisioner dan wawancara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 responden yang diambil dengan metode sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik kuesioner yang disebarkan langsung kepada responden dalam hal ini adalah karyawan tetap PT. Triteguh Manunggal Sejati. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik uji reliabilitas, validitas dan asumsi klasik.
