Abstract: Individual employee’s performance is the main factor that determines organizational success. Many factors that influence the performance of the employees, such as the motivation from within themselves and also supported by the ability of employees to complete tasks. Employee’s performance on BTN Branch Surabaya considered good although responsibility and knowledge of employee are still considered not maximal. The population used in this study are employees of the front liner division of Bank BTN branch Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative.
