PENGARUH EARNING PER SHARE (EPS), PRICE EARNING RATIO (PER), DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO (DER), KESEMPATAN BERTUMBUH, DAN NILAI PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of EPS influence, PER, DER,growth opportunities and assess firmare registered in the property and real estate company in the period 2008-2012 Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study used purposive sampling method, with a population of 40 companies and a sample of 22 companies. This study uses multiple regression analysis with Statistical Package for the Social Sciens (SPSS) version 20. The analysis technique used in this study is a classic assumption test and t-test statistics for testing the partial regression coefficients. The results showed that the EPS positive affect the stock return. PER does not affect the stock return. DER not affect the stock return.
