Abstract: The aims of this research is to find out and analyze theinfluence of organizational commitment and job stress on employeesperformance of AJB Bumiputera 1912 in regional offices Surabaya.This research uses a quantitative approach with the survey method,i.e. by disseminating a questionnaire to employees AJB Bumiputera1912 regional office Surabaya amounted to 35 employees. The valueof each variable in this study were analyzed by multiple linearregression analysis method with the help of a computer program IBMSPSS Statistics 20.
