Abstract: This quantitative study aimed to determine whether there is media papertoy of children to assess the presence or absence media influence Papertoy on the fine motor skills of children in group B in kindergarten Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 57 Semolowaru Surabaya. Sample in this study were children in group B TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 57 Semolowaru Surabaya totaling 46 children were divided into two classes, 23 children in A1 class and 23 children in B2 class. Data collection techniques used observation with assessment tools such as observation sheets and documentation.
