Abstract: Reading comprehension is the skill for mastering the text. Matering the text is in the from of understanding the context of the text. If this skill gets the problem, it will disturb the skill to master the learning materials. It will also disturb the disabled children’s learning achievement. Disabled children are the children who get problem in their physics, especially their soft motor skill.It disturbs their coordination, communication, adaptation, mobilization, individual development, and apeaking development. It causes children get problem in the communication process either passive or active communication.
