مطالعه کیفی پیامدهای تحقیر زنان در محیط‌های کاری

Background and Aim: Humiliation of the employed women is a serious threat to the health and human rights. Women Humiliation in the workplace is recognized as an important social issue because of its fundamental consequences on women's lives. The aim of the present study was to investigate the lived experiences of humiliated working women in the workplace. Methods: This research is conducted using a qualitative method and a semi-structured interview technique has been implemented to collect the research data. The target population of the study includes employed women in Makou city and 40 women participated in the interview. Purposeful sampling method and maximum diversity were used to select the participants. Open, axial and selective coding phases were used to analyze the data. Ethical Considerations: The interviews were conducted with the full awareness and consent of the participants and their personal information was kept confidential at all stages of the research. Results: The most important consequences of women humiliation in the working place are: social isolation, formation of family tensions, erosion of social trust, erosion of social health, erosion of mental health. Conclusion: The negative effects of women humiliation in the workplace not only affect these women, but also cause serious damage to the family system and even the body of society. Akhlaq-i zisti, i.e., Bioethics Journal. 2022; 12(37): e7.زمینه و هدف: تحقیر زنان شاغل، تهدیدی جدی برای سلامتی و حقوق انسانی به شمار می‌رود. تحقیر علیه زنان شاغل در محیط‌های کاری به واسطه پیامدهای اساسی که بر زندگی زنان دارد، به عنوان یک مسأله مهم اجتماعی شناخته شده است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تجارب زنان شاغل مورد تحقیر قرارگرفته از پیامدهای تحقیر انجام شده است. روش: روش تحقیق به کاررفته در این پژوهش، کیفی بوده و از تکنیک مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پژوهش استفاده شده است. جامعه هدف پژوهش را زنان شاغل شهرستان ماکو تشکیل داده‌اند که با 40 نفر از آن‌ها مصاحبه صورت گرفته است. برای انتخاب مشارکت‌کنندگان از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و از نوع حداکثر تنوع استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی بهره گرفته شده است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: مصاحبه‌ها با اطلاع و رضایت کامل مشارکت‌کنندگان صورت گرفت و اطلاعات شخصی آن‌ها در تمام مراحل پژوهش محرمانه ماند. یافته‌ها: مهم‌ترین پیامدهای تحقیر زنان شاغل عبارتند از: انزوای اجتماعی، شکل‌گیری تنش‌های خانوادگی، فرسایش اعتماد اجتماعی، فرسایش سلامت اجتماعی، فرسایش سلامت روانی. نتیجه‌گیری: تأثیرات سوء تحقیر زنان شاغل در محیط‌های کاری فقط دامنگیر این زنان نبوده، بلکه آسیب‌های جدی بر نظام خانواده و حتی پیکره جامعه وارد می‌سازد که مهم‌ترین پیامد این مسأله، شکل‌گیری بیگانگی اجتماعی است
