اعتبار سنجی نسخه فارسی فرم ثبت موردی بیماران مبتلا به کرونا ویروس جدید (کوید 19) ارائه شده توسط مرکز جهانی کنترل و پیشگیری از بیماری

Introduction: Due to the prevalence of new coronavirus in the world and Iran, access to reliable information about patients and the trend of disease outbreaks are necessary to control the disease at the community level, which is important by using systems Regular registration of patient information in the form of a register will be possible. In the present study, the translation and validation of the case registration form of patients with the new coronavirus (COVID-19) provided by the World Center for Disease Control and Prevention were performed. Methods: In the present study, which is a study on the development of the executive scientific system, after translating the case registration form of patients with new coronavirus (COVID-19) to evaluate its reliability in a sample of 24 patients with new coronavirus methods Cronbach's alpha, Richardson's code and paired and individual correlation test were used. CVI and CVR determination was used to determine the content validity of the patient registration form based on the opinion of the panel of experts. Results: In the present study, the information of 24 patients admitted to the coronary ward of Peymanieh Hospital in Jahrom was recorded using the case registration form of patients with new coronavirus. In multiple-choice questions, Cronbach's alpha was higher than 0.7 and 0.735, which was appropriate. Correlation coefficients also showed high and proportional values. Richardson's Koder test also confirmed the reliability with a statistic of 0.718. All questions were in good validity according to the panel of experts, except for 4 questions that had a CVR of 0.2 and were removed according to the experts. The overall CVI was calculated to be 0.828, which is acceptable and appropriate. Conclusion: In the present study, a localized form of case registration of new coronavirus patients was presented, which can help to create coherence in the patient information registration system.مقدمه: با توجه به شیوع بیماری ویروس کرونا جدید در جهان و در ایران، دسترسی به اطلاعات قابل اطمینان در مورد بیماران و روند تغییرات دوره های شیوع بیماری برای کنترل بیماری در سطح جامعه ضروری است که این مهم با به کار گیری سیستم های منظم ثبت اطلاعات بیماران در قالب ریجیستری ممکن خواهد بود. در مطالعه حاضر نیز به ترجمان و اعتبار سنجی فرم  ثبت موردی بیماران مبتلا به کرونا ویروس جدید (کوید 19)  ارائه شده توسط مرکز جهانی کنترل و پیشگیری از بیماری پرداخته شد. روش کار: در مطالعه حاضر که یک مطالعه توسعه سیستم علمی اجریی می باشد، پس از ترجمه فرم ثبت موردی بیماران مبتلا به کرونا ویروس جدید (کوید 19)  برای بررسی پایایی آن در نمونه 24 تایی از بیماران مبتلا به کروناویروس جدید روش های آلفای کرونباخ، کودر ریچاردسون و تست همبستگی زوج و فرد مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. تعیینCVI  وCVR  برای تعیین روایی محتوایی فرم ثبت بیماران بر اساس نظر پنل متخصصان مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج: اطلاعات تعداد 24 نفر از بیماران بستری در بخش کرونای بیمارستان پیمانیه جهرم با استفاده از فرم ثبت موردی بیماران مبتلا به کروناویروس جدید ثبت شد. در سوالاتی که به صورت چند گزینه ای بودند، میزان آلفای کرونباخ بالاتر از 7/0 و برابر 735/0 بود که مناسب بود. ضرایب همبستگی نیز مقادیر بالا و متناسبی را نشان می دادند. آزمون کودر ریچاردسون نیز پایایی را با آماره برابر 718/0 تایید کرد. تمام سوالات وضعیت مناسبی از نظر روایی طبق نظر پنل متخصصان داشتند. بجز در مورد 4 سوال که CVR برابر 0.2 داشتند و طبق نظر متخصصان حذف گردیدند.  CVI کلی نیز برابر 828/0 محاسبه شد که قابل قبول و مناسب است. نتیجه گیری: در مطالعه حاضر فرم بومی سازی شده ثبت موردی بیماران کروناویروس جدید ارائه گردید که می تواند به ایجاد انسجام در سیستم ثبت اطلاعات بیماران، کمک کند
