A pot experiment was carried out in the wooden canopy of Musayyib Technical College / Department of Soil and Water Techniques located in Musayyib project using soil with a loam texture brought from Musayyib project field from surface layer (0-30 cm), to study the bioremediation of soil contaminated with some heavy metals (Co,Cu,Pb) using Canna generalis plant, to evaluate efficiency of this plant in bioremediation process of contaminated soil , accumulation of Lead, Copper and Cobalt in soil accordance with international standards for soil pollution.
