Background and Aim: To study and compare the hemodynamic stability and duration of analgesia in spinal anaesthesia among bolus versus lower fractional doses of bupivacaine in the arachnoid block for the patients undergoing lower abdominal surgeries specifically urologic, pelvic, and lower limb surgeries. Methods: Interventional Randomized Comparative case-control study done among 70 study participants to compare analgesia with bupivacaine under subarachnoid block in patients undergoing lower abdominal surgeries.
