Background: There is a relative paucity of data on the link between urine micro albumin and IHD in non-diabetics as well as non-hypertensive’s compared to diabetics. This study was meant to look for the association between urine micro albumin and in cardiac morbidity and mortality among non-diabetic and non-hypertensive’s, which may further provide insight to the early diagnosis of micro albuminuria and its potential for predicting cardiac morbidity and thus needed inputs for better clinical management.
