This study aims to determine and analyze the State Civil Apparatus performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Rokan Hilir Regency. The provision of performance allowances to each employee is expected to realize discipline enforcement. Therefore, it can improve employee performance in providing services to agencies and the community and can improve welfare for civil servants within the Regional Planning and Development Agency of Rokan Hilir Regency.
