Background: To study and find the efficacy of aerobic training on blood cholesterol parameters in women with gestational diabetes. Methods: Ethical clearance was taken from the Institutional Ethical Committee. This study was carried out by analyzing total 34 out of 40 patients with gestational diabetes between the age group of 20 years and above. The participants were divided into experimental and control group by random sampling. The experimental group was given aerobic exercising for 8 weeks 3-4 times a week for 45-50 minutes. Lipid profile was used to check the blood cholesterol parameters before and after the intervention.
