Given the existence of inequality gaps in Latin America and a growing need of students in social issues, many institutions have seen as convenient the development of a pedagogical methodology based on service-learning as an effective alternative to these needs. This study aims to identify the impacts of service-learning programs on the training of university students. The methodology is composed of a bibliographic review of articles published on the impact of service-learning on university students.
