The changes and dynamics that characterize the current context require companies to have highly qualified human resources in their specialty. In Cuba, an in-depth study is necessary in the entities, and especially those belonging to the tourism sector, related to the training of Cuban executives and the development of their skills. Such is the case of the Havanatur Celimar agency, in which it was found that its executives and their reserves show signs of not paying them the due attention that the development of managerial skills requires.
