This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation, Discipline, Motivation on the work productivity of employees at UPT Puskesmas Sungai Alam Bengkalis simultaneousl. This type of research is an associative quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 76 respondents This research is all employees of UPT Puskesmas Sungai Alam Bengkalis. The research data was taken using questionnaires via google form. The data processing technique in this study is simple linear Multiple linear regression With the significant value of 0.001 <0.05, means that there is a significant simultaneous influence of variable compensation , Discipline and Motivation of the Employee Productivity Puskesmas Bengkalis
