Activities run normally in carrying out daily activities of everyone. Maybe it cannot be done by people who visit paralysis and quadriplegic. In this study a wheelchair control system was developed using an Android smartphone to make it easier for people with disabilities to do activities without the help of others. This wheelchair is used by using android sound on android, the sound sent to google voice for access to text, and access to smartphone via internet access, then data sent via bluetooth on android to bluetooth HC-06 to communicate with Arduino Uno To move the chair wheel, when there is a forward command, the wheelchair will move forward
