Implementation of Teacher Certification in Improving the Quality of Education in MAN 1 Bogor Regency

The teacher is a determining factor for the success and quality of learning. A learning that is not qualified can come from the low competence of a teacher and the teacher's inability to adjust the situation, that is what lowers the value of the quality of education in Indonesia. Due to the low quality of teachers, it will have an impact on the understanding and learning outcomes of students. Therefore, the government makes regulations for educators to have teacher certification in the hope that the quality of education in Indonesia can increase. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of teacher certification in improving the quality of education at MAN 1 Bogor Regency. In this study, the researcher used a field research approach and a type of qualitative method. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that implementing teacher certification is a real effort for MAN 1 Kab Bogor to improve the quality of education. Because with the provision of competent educators, they are able to provide good results on the quality of education
