Nous définissons une procédure formelle pour l’inférence de relations gène-protéine- réaction (GPR) à partir de modèles métaboliques complets, par moyen d’une représentation logique des connaissances et un petit ensemble de règles d’inférence. Nous montrons que les différents cas d’utilisation requièrent des différentes relations GPR.
