SYNTHESIS OF NEW PIPERAZINYL AND PIPERIDINOLYL SUBSTITUTED p-CHLORANIL DERIVATIVES AND THEIR REACTIONS WITH THIOLS

In continuation of our previous studies about nucleophilic substitution reactions of p-chloranil (1) with some nucleophiles, the novel piperazinyl and piperidinolyl substituted derivatives were synthesized. The N-substituted compounds were treated with some thiols and N,S-substituted compounds were obtained.
