Introduction: Primitive neuroectodermal tumors (PNETs) are rare, rapidly progressive, small-round cell tumors with a poor prognosis despite multimodal therapy, including surgery and chemoradiotherapy. The treatment of choice was unknown since no clinical series with surgical therapy had been reported.
