Atomoxetine-Induced Mania in a 6-year-old Child with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Atomoxetine, a selective norepinephrine (noradrenaline) reuptake inhibitor, is an effective and safe medication in the treatment of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) with or without autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in children. However, unusual side effects may occur during the course of the treatment.
