Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the mediating effect of job security satisfaction and job security index in interaction between organizational silence and intentions to quit of individuals. Research conducted on the employees of health services in a private hospital chain in Istanbul. In research organizational silence scale was developed by Dyne etc. (2003), for measuring the intentions to quit scale was developed by Wayne etc. (1997) and job security satisfaction and job security index scale was developed by Probst (1998) were used.
