Introduction: The Global Anticoagulant Registry in the FIELD-Atrial Fibrillation (GARFIELD-AF) aims to determine real-life treatment patterns and clinical outcomes of patients with newly diagnosed non-valvular atrial fibrillation (AF) and at least one investigator-determined risk factor for stroke.
