Patients with personality disorders are accepted as the most difficult and unstable patients in psychiatry with respect to diagnosis and treatment. Specific nursing interventions and psychotherapeutic techniques need to be developed for working with these patients. The etiology of personality disorders, clinical symptoms and treatments were reviewed in the Journal of Psychiatric Nursing, Volume 1, in the article titled, "Personality disorders and nursing interventions: Part-I". The aim of this paper, which is the second part of the article, is to present the psychodynamic features of inpatient severe personality disorders, problems, targets, and therapeutic nursing interventions
