It is important to remove bacterial plaque formation in order to prevent dental caries and interproksimal pathology. Even though brushing is important for oral hygiene if it's not performed well only tounge, cheek, palate and occlusal surfaces would be cleaned. There are several methods for cleaning interproksimal area. It's important to use appropraite instruments in a proper way to perform an exact oral hygiene.
