Staging of lung cancer was first made in 1973 and was revised according to new information obtained by case series. The last staging was proposed by IASCL in 2007 [1] and accepted in 2009 [2]. New regulations are made in T and M descriptors in the new TNM staging but no change is made in N descriptor
