In this paper we compute the error performance of noncoherent detection receivers for FSK signals transmitted over fast frequency-flat Rician fading channels. Linearly time-varying fading models are used to derive closed-form expressions for the error probability of binary FSK signaling. Error bounds are established for the performance of M-ary orthogonal FSK. Simulation results are in excellent agreement with analytical predictions
