Formación profesional en la Educación Inicial para el desarrollo psicomotriz

This research project focused on the study of the low level of professional training for psychomotor development in the learning network of the Chugchilán circuit. The objective of the research was to strengthen professional training in Early Childhood Education for child psychomotor development, through a guide aimed at non-professional teachers of this educational sub-level who work in the learning network of the Chugchilán Circuit. The methodology used for the development of the research corresponds to the interpretive paradigm, with a qualitative-quantitative approach, the modality was applied research, through theoretical and empirical methods, such as the inductive-deductive and the analytical method, the data collection instruments Data used in the research were the survey of teachers and the observation sheet for children. With this, it has been obtained as a result that the majority of educators do not have an adequate degree for this educational sub-level, therefore, they have knowledge deficiencies about psychomotor development. In this way, the poor professional training of educators has been related to the limitations of children to achieve the indicators referring to psychomotricity described in the educational curriculum. Faced with these results, a teacher training guide has been developed, structured by theoretical-practical workshops where scientific knowledge, didactic activities and concrete material have been provided to work on child psychomotor development. Same that has been favorably validated with the judgment of four experts and four usersEl presente proyecto de investigación se enfocó en el estudio del bajo nivel de formación profesional para el desarrollo psicomotriz en la red de aprendizaje del circuito Chugchilán. El objetivo de la investigación fue fortalecer la formación profesional en la Educación Inicial para el desarrollo psicomotriz infantil, mediante una guía dirigida a los docentes no profesionales de este sub nivel educativo que laboran en la red de aprendizaje del Circuito Chugchilán. La metodología utilizada para el desarrollo de la investigación corresponde al paradigma interpretativo, de enfoque cualitativo-cuantitativo, la modalidad fue de investigación aplicada, mediante los métodos teóricos y empíricos, como son el inductivo-deductivo y el método analítico, los instrumentos de recolección de datos utilizados en la investigación fueron la encuesta a los docentes y la ficha de observación a los niños. Con ello, se ha obtenido como resultado que los educadores en su mayoría no poseen una titulación adecuada para este sub nivel educativo, por lo cual, tienen deficiencias de conocimiento acerca del desarrollo psicomotriz. De esta manera, se ha relacionado la deficiente formación profesional de los educadores con las limitaciones de los niños para alcanzar los indicadores referentes a la psicomotricidad que describe el currículo educativo. Frente a estos resultados, se ha desarrollado una guía de capacitación docente, estructurada por talleres teórico prácticos en donde se han brindado conocimientos científicos, actividades didácticas y material concreto para trabajar el desarrollo psicomotriz infantil. Misma que ha sido validada favorablemente con el juicio de cuatro expertos y cuatro usuario
