PRÁTICAS COLABORATIVAS NA EDUCAÇÃO: UMA DESCRIÇÃO DA LITERATURA ATUAL

The work developed in common education is a challenge for all professionals, especially when it involves students supported by Special Education, given the specific features they present. In these cases, the collaborative practices between regular education teachers and school support professionals have been configured as an adequate form of organization to respond to the challenges of inclusive education. Understanding how they have been described by the current literature is the objective of this research with a qualitative approach and bibliographic contribution. The analysis of the 13 materials selected made it possible to establish two central categories of analysis: bidocence/cooperation/co-teaching/collaboration, which explores the uses of these terms in the constitution of collaborative practices, and group/joint work, which problematizes the organization of this specific form of work. The results allow us to state that collaborative work favors interpersonal relationships between the professionals involved and expands the possibilities of action, based on an inclusive rationality.O trabalho desenvolvido no ensino comum constitui um desafio para todos os profissionais, principalmente quando envolve alunos amparados pela Educação Especial, dadas as especificidades que apresentam. Nestes casos, as práticas colaborativas entre os professores de ensino comum e os profissionais de apoio escolar têm se configurado como uma forma de organização adequada para dar resposta aos desafios da educação inclusiva. Compreender como elas vêm sendo descritas pela literatura atual constitui o objetivo desta pesquisa, de abordagem qualitativa e aporte bibliográfico. As análises dos 13 materiais selecionados possibilitaram a constituição de duas categorias centrais de análise: bidocência/cooperação/coensino/colaboração, que explora os usos desses termos na constituição de práticas colaborativas, e; trabalho em grupo/conjunto, que problematiza a organização dessa forma específica de trabalho. Os resultados permitem afirmar que o trabalho colaborativo favorece as relações interpessoais entre profissionais envolvidos e amplia possibilidades de atuação, a partir de uma racionalidade inclusiva
