PERAN PEMERINTAHAN DESA DALAM PENYUSUNAN APBDesa DI DESA PULAU KEDUNDUNG KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI TAHUN 2017

This research was conducted in Pulau Kedundung Village, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of the village government in preparing the village budget in Pulau Kedundung village, Kuantan Tengah district, Kuantan Singingi district in 2017. The formulation of the problem in this research is How the Role of the Village Government in Preparing the Village Budget in Pulau Kedundung Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2017 The sampling technique for the Head of Central Kuantan District, Village Government, BPD and Village Representatives used saturated sampling technique, where all the population is sampled, the number of samples for the Head of Central Kuantan District is 1 person, for Village Government 5 people, BPD 5 people and Village Representative 1 person , and for the community elements of Pulau Kedundung Village, simple random sampling was used, namely taking members of the sample from the population at random without considering the strata in the population, in which the number of samples for the people of Pulau Kedundung Village was 48 people. The results showed that the Role of the Village Government in Preparing the Village Budget in Pulau Kedundung Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2017 resulted in an average value of 3.34 which means that it is in the Quite Good interval. This is because of the 4 indicators used in this research, namely, Transparent, Accountable, Participatory and Orderly and Budget Discipline, all indicators are quite good
