Influencia sobre la gestión de los Restaurantes Turísticos debido a la Pandemia del COVID-19 en Urubamba- Cusco

ABSTRACT - SUMMARY The objective of this research was to establish to what extent does the framework of the COVID-19 pandemic influence the management of tourist restaurants in the Urubamba 2020 district, as well as how this health crisis influences profitability, employability and which ones have been the new strategies that have been adopted so that these businesses continue to operate during the economic reactivation? For this purpose, the research was based on a descriptive-correlative methodology with a quantitative approach, as well as a non-experimental design. The present research study had considerable limitations in terms of the research background related to the tourist restaurant category both nationally and internationally as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Likewise, the fear of contagion with the owners, collaborators and vice versa in face-to-face interviews in such a way, the information that was collected was scarce and whose discussion of the research work was relatively brief. KEY WORDS: COVID-19 pandemic, Restaurant management, health crisis.El objetivo de la presente investigación fue, establecer ¿En qué   medida el marco de la pandemia del COVID-19 influye en la gestión de restaurantes turísticos del distrito de Urubamba 2020, así mismo cómo influye dicha crisis sanitaria en la rentabilidad, empleabilidad y cuáles han sido las nuevas estrategias que se han tomado para que dichos negocios sigan operando durante la reactivación económica? Para este propósito la investigación se fundamentó en una metodología de tipo descriptivo-correlativo de enfoque cuantitativo, así como también se aplicó un diseño de carácter No experimental. El presente estudio de investigación tuvo considerables limitaciones en cuanto a los antecedentes de investigación relacionados al rubro de restaurantes turísticos tanto a nivel nacional como internacional a consecuencia de la pandemia del COVID-19. Así mismo el temor al contagio con los   propietarios, colaboradores y viceversa en entrevistas presenciales de tal modo, la información que se logró recoger fue escaso y cuya discusión del trabajo de investigación fue relativamente escueto.        &nbsp
