The objective of the research was to analyze the commercialization chain of fine aroma cocoa in the canton of Pichincha, Ecuador. The theoretical research method was inductive-deductive and the descriptive research study with a non-experimental research design. A survey was conducted to the representatives of the collection centers (3 in the urban sector and 3 in the rural sector) who acquire the product from small farmers in the locality. The main results showed that companies do not use intermediaries when purchasing the product, however, they do require it when marketing it in the national market. Another result shows that the current level of marketing has not changed in relation to sales before and after the pandemic. On the other hand...
