Saudi Arabia has established its Vision 2030 and is now implementing several new programs and initiatives to realize this Vision. The Privatization Program and Shareek Program (to enhance the role of the private sector) is one of the major programs launched to develop and implement public services and facilities in cities utilizing Public-Private Partnerships models (PPP).
