Príspevok sa zaoberá výsledkami zaťažovac´ích skúškok fragmentu železobetónovej bezprievlakovej dosky, ktorá bola podopretá výrazne obdĺžnikovým stĺpom. Experimentálne vzorky boli hrubé 200 mm a boli navrhnuté bez šmykovej výstuže. Na základe experimentálne získanej šmykovej odolnosti bola stanovená spoľahlivosť vybraných návrhových modelov na predikciu šmykovej odolnosti.
