A retrospective review was conducted on patients who underwent OLIF procedure performed by three different surgeons with or without posterior instrumentation from February 2015 to December 2019 with at least 1-year follow-up at a tertiary referral spine centre. 92 patients (188 levels) were included in this study. As potential explanatory variables, age, gender, body mass index (BMI), operating level, preoperative clinical diagnosis, number of levels fused, supplementary fixation, and reoperations were recorded.
