Objective: To analyze health social inequalities, by Unsatisfied Basic Needs (UBN), between municipalities of the Pacific Colombian region. Methods: An ecologic cross-sectional study with retrospective data from the nationalpopulation and housing census and births and deaths for 2018 was carried.
